Welcome to y789. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and y789 ("y789", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at y789.ws and all associated services and products offered through it.

By accessing the y789 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any product or service offered by y789, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use y789.

These Terms apply to all products available on y789, including but not limited to: sports betting (including PSL betting and cricket betting), live casino, slots, card games, fishing games, and any promotional offers. Specific products may also be subject to additional rules, which will be linked from the relevant section and form part of these Terms.

Use of y789 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y789 operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity.
• You must be legally permitted to use online betting and gaming services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets on y789.

y789 will conduct age verification checks as required. We may request valid government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to belong to under-18 players will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the extent possible, minus any winnings generated from ineligible play.

To access betting and gaming services on y789, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one y789 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, y789 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated bets, and retain any bonus funds.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y789 login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. y789 will not ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account before you notify us of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised by you.

Account Verification (KYC): y789 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before allowing certain levels of deposit. The documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and in some cases source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. y789 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified in advance before any such fee is applied.

Deposits: y789 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your y789 account in real time for most payment methods. y789 does not charge any deposit processing fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 5–30 minutes after approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically 1–4 business hours after approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification. Any active bonus funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. y789 reserves the right to request additional verification documents on any withdrawal request as part of our fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). y789 does not process transactions in any other currency.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and in-play betting conducted through y789, including PSL betting, cricket betting, and any other sporting market offered on the platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once y789's system has confirmed it and you have received a confirmation reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid and no liability is accepted for them.

Odds: All odds offered on y789 are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet — subsequent movements do not affect confirmed bets.

In-Play / Live Betting: y789 offers live in-play markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports. In-play bets are accepted at y789's discretion. During rapid on-field events, live markets may be temporarily suspended. y789 is not responsible for delays in market suspension caused by data feed issues.

Match Void / Abandonment: If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or does not complete within a defined timeframe (specific to each sport), y789 will settle bets according to the applicable sport-specific rules. Bets on events that do not take place will generally be voided and stakes returned.

Errors and Palpable Mistakes: y789 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were set in error — including pricing errors, technical glitches, or clearly incorrect prices (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"). Where such errors are identified, y789 will void the affected bets and return all stakes.

Maximum Winnings: y789 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed at the time of bet placement. y789 is not obligated to pay winnings above these limits.

Suspicious Activity: y789 monitors all betting activity. Bets placed as part of a coordinated strategy to exploit platform pricing, or that exhibit patterns consistent with match-fixing or corruption, may be voided and the relevant accounts suspended pending investigation.

y789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by y789 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rs 25,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available once per player, per household, and per device. y789 will not honour multiple claims of the same offer from what it reasonably determines to be the same individual.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and some markets may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or bets that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion's terms.

Accumulator Boost: y789's PSL accumulator boost adds up to +15% to qualifying multi-leg accumulator bets. Minimum odds per leg apply. Full terms are available in the Promotions section.

The following rules apply to all casino-style games available through y789, including slots, live dealer games, card games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and others), and fishing games.

RNG Certification: All non-live casino titles on y789 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced in any way. Game fairness certifications are available on request.

Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games on y789 are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. Decisions made by live dealers in accordance with the displayed rules are final.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, y789 will use automatically stored game state data to settle the round according to the point at which the disconnection occurred. Where a full game round was in progress, the outcome will be determined by the recorded server-side state.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a software malfunction or technical error affecting a game, y789 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes placed on that round. Winnings generated during a verified malfunction are not payable.

y789 is committed to maintaining a secure and fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on y789 for any reason.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting platform errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, when conducted with abusive intent.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through y789.
• Using another person's payment method or financial account without their consent.
• Collusion with other players in multi-player game formats.
• Any conduct that y789 reasonably determines to be intended to defraud the platform or other players.

y789 employs advanced security monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns. Any account flagged by these systems may have its activity reviewed and may be subject to temporary restriction while a review takes place. We appreciate the understanding of our legitimate players during any such review process.

y789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. y789 provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications that show your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 1 week to 5 years, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be fully blocked and y789 will not send you any marketing communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

y789's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y789 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. y789 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

y789 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, or from the actions of third parties including payment processors, network providers, or data feed suppliers.

y789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or verification.
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Under instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or related financial crime.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
